Suddenly on 7th August 2019 in the care of Amber Court, Blackpool, Pat aged 67 years.
Beloved wife of Dave, much loved mum of Paula and Darren,
dearly loved grandma of Caitlin, Alfie, Dylan and Luke and dear sister of Will.
Pat will be sadly missed by all her family and many friends.
